When The Accident enters the battlefield, destroy
all non-land, non-legendary permanents on the battlefield.
Whenever a permanent is put onto your graveyard
from the battlefield, create a Treasure Token.
Whenever a permanent is put onto an opponent's
graveyard from the battlefield, draw a card and
lose 1 life.
