The Infection

Hexproof Pay {Pb}{Pb}{Pb}:put an Infection counter on each creature and each player. At the beginning of each player’s upkeep, that player and each creature they control with an Infection counter on it take damage equal to the number of Infection counters on them. As long as you don’t control a Vessel, this ability has no effect.
