The Inquisitor

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have
a full party, reveal cards from the top of your
library until you reveal a creature card. Put
thatcard onto the battlefield and the rest on
the bottom of your library in a random order.
Choose a Background. (You can have a
Background as a second commander.)
