The Iron Throne

Cumulative upkeep - pay one life and sacrifice a creature.
When the Iron Throne enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Creatures you control get +1/+1 and ward {3} and pay 3 life.
Whenever another player becomes the monarch
remove all age counters from the Iron Throne
and that player gains control of it.
