The It Game

All players skip their draw step.
At the end of every player's turn, that player discards his or her hand, and draws 5 cards.
Any time a player draws one or more cards, that player must discard 2 cards.
Any time a creature becomes tapped, it gets a punishment counter. If a creature has 5 or more punishment counters, it cannot untap.
