The Joker

When The Joker enters the battlefield, each
opponent shuffles one of each permanent type
among nontoken permanents they control into
their library. Then each opponent reveals cards
from the top of their library equal to the number
of cards they shuffled into their library this way.
Put all permanents revealed this way onto the battlefield. Each opponent is dealt damage equal
to the mana value of each permanent they put
into play this way.
