The Keeper of the Forgotten

When this creature enters the battlefield, put up
to two cards from a graveyard and up to one
permanent on the battlefield on the top or
bottom of their owner's library in any order.
Whenever a player would draw a card, they
instead put a card from the bottom of their
library into their hand.
Though now adept with memory magic, an accident in
her youth made her forget her own name.
