The Killing Joke

The Killing Joke enters the battlefield with 4 laugh counters on it.
At the beginning of each upkeep, a player at random gains control of The Killing Joke and
removes a laugh counter.
When all laugh counters are removed the player that controls The Killing Joke
loses the game.
