Apotheosis — When The King In Yellow enters
the battlefield, put a page counter on all players.
During each players upkeep, they may exile a
creature they control or pay 5 life.
If not, that player gains a page counter.
During each player's end phase, if they have ten
page counters, that player loses the game.
