The King in Yellow

When you cast this spell, search your library, graveyard and exile for a card named The Yellow Sing and put it into play. If you searched your library this way, shuffle.

You and permanents you control have protection from each opponent with The Yellow Sign.

Whenever The King in Yellow deals combat damage to a player, that player discards their hand if it's the first time. If it's the second time, that player mills half their library, rounded up. If it's the third time, that player loses the game.
