The King of Memory enters the battlefield
tapped with two slumber counters on it.
As long as The King of Memory has slumber
counters on it, it's an Enchantment. (It's not a creature) Whenever you cast a spell, you may
remove a Slumber Counter from the King.
You may cast cards from your graveyard
or from exile.
