The Klaggy Compromise

At the beginning of the game put The Klaggy Compromise onto your battlefield, it cannot be destroyed, or exiled in addition put a token named "The Compromise" onto the bottom of each opponents library, if it is drawn all players win the game, this is not considered a tie.
