If a creature would die and The Last Dragonborn
dealt damage to it this turn, put a +1/+1 counter
on The Last Dragonborn. If that creature had
power 4 or greater, draw a card. If that creature
was a non-token Dragon, exile it instead and
learn thu'um.

once each turn and only if there are no cool
