Last hydra comes into play with X +1/+1 counters
at the begging of your upkeep you can remove any number of counters from hydra if you do add {g} and gain 1 life for each counter removed that way, you dont lose this mana as steps goes away
at the begging of your end step if hydra has less than 10 counters put X +1/+1 counters on it where X it the number of counters it already have
