Whenever you cast an Artifact spell, return
The Last Queen from your graveyard to your hand.

When The Last Queen enters or dies, gain an experience counter. Then, The Last Queen deals X
damage to any target, where X is the number of experience counters you have.

Even with the city mostly barren, destroyed by
Terrus, the Queen lived on.
