The Last Quiet Moment

{t}: Exile a Great One from a graveyard, put an Great One counter on it.

At the beginning of your upkeep, scry X, where X is the number of Great One counters. Then, you may reveal the top card of your library. If its mana value is X or less, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

If Great One Dissection has 10 or more Insight counters, you may tap it. Each player exiles all but the bottom X cards of their library, where X is the number of cards in their hand.
