The Leader of War

At the beginning of each players upkeep;
that player chooses friend or foe for each
opponent.
At least one opponent has to be a foe.
All creatures gain “attacks each turn if able”and
“can only attack foes”
Each opponent chosen as friend may create a
tapped tresure token
