on any target land.
For as long as that land has a blaze counter on it,
it has "At the beginning of your upkeep, this land
deals 1 damage to you." (The land continues to
burn after this role has left the game.)
Only creatures you control have wither, and all
damage dealt to opponent's creatures is in the
form of -1/-1 counters.
If your eliminated, destroy up to 3 target lands.
