The Lich

Deathtouch, Menace, Haste.
The Lich attacks each turn if able.
Whenever The Lich deals combat damage to a player, that player sacrifices a creature. If that player controls no creatures, that player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard instead.
He has but one goal- to end all life.
