Fall — When The Lich enters the battlefield, tap
each creature your opponents control. Those creatures don't untap during their controller's
next untap step. Destroy each creature your opponents control with power 3 or less.
The Lich's power is equal to the number of
creature cards in all graveyards, and his
toughness is equal to that number +3.
