Deathtouch, Protection from creatures.

Whenever the lich kills a creature he gains a Command counter, you may spend Command counters to use the following abilities.
• Fall - 3, Every creature you don't control becomes tapped and gains a stun counter.
• Stop - 1, Exile target creature you don't control and return it to the battlefield on your endstep.
