The Living Crown

When the living crown enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
an opponents control, it's owner may pay {1}. If
they don't, put a stun counter on that creature.
{7}: Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, then proliferate.
