The Loan Shark

player who doesn't, you may gain control
of target nonland permanent with
converted mana cost 3 or less until your
next turn. If the same nonland permanent
would be targeted by this ability twice, you
may instead gain control of that permanent.
At the begining of your end step, you may
draw a card or untap The Loan Shark.
