The Lord of Chaos

At the beginning of combat on each players turn,
for each creature that player controls choose a
player other than the player whose turn it is at
random. Each creature must attack each combat
if able and may only attack the chosen player.
Whenever a creature attacks you, its controller
must pay {2}, if they don't destroy that creature
and put 2 +1/+1 counters on The Lord of Chaos.
