The Manipulator of Entropy

Whenever a card's effect would determine one or more results by rolling a dice, flipping a coin, or selecting targets at random. You may instead determine all results. This ability triggers only once each turn.

{t}, pay {u}{b}{r}: Roll a d6, flip a coin, and choose an opponent at random. Deal damage to any target equal to the result rolled on the d6. If the coin was heads, destroy target non-land permanent. If the targeted opponent has more cards in hand then you draw equal to the difference.
