{t} {1}, Add 1 cumcounter on target permanent you control.

{t}{2}, Remove up to 5 cumcounters from permanents you control, for each cumcounter removed you may search your library for a card with a cumstain on it using a blacklight.
If you do not have any cards with cumstains on them in your library you may draw a card for every cumcounter removed this way.
