You have no maximum hand size.
At the beginning of your upkeep, roll 1d20. On a
roll of 1-10, draw cards equal to the number
rolled. On a roll of 11-15, search your library for
a card and put it into your hand. Shuffle your
library afterwards. On a roll of 16-19, gain
control of target permanent that an opponent controls. On a roll of 20, you win the game.
