The Mind stone

At the begining of your upkeep, remove all power counters from The Mind stone and then add X
power counters to The Mind stone where X is the number of Infinity stones you control.
{t}, Remove 1 power counter: Look at target
player's hand. Draw a card.
{t}, Remove 2 power counters: Gain control of
target creature until end of turn.
{t}, Remove 4 power counters: You gain control
of target player's next turn. They get another one afterward.
