As you cast this spell; exclaim "Hear ye Hear ye."
For each player who does not respect your
Majesty; draw a card, create a treasure, and make
a 2/2 White Human Creature Token.
Each player who did not respect your majesty
returns a land and a creature they control to
their hand, and discards a card.
You become the Monarch.
