The Mongrel

While The Mongrel is on the field, the
controlling player can pay {2} to search either
player's Netherworld for a Tech or Artifact card
and equip that card to The Mongrel until the end
of the opponent's next turn. Any costs for the abilities of the targeted card is converted to Black
while equipped to The Mongrel.
