The Monolith

When you planeswalk to the Monolith, turn all nontoken creatures face down. Then shuffle
them. (They're 2/2 creatures.) All creatures in
play or in a player's hand gain morph. (It's morph cost is equal to its mana cost reduced by {2})
{c}: Manifest the top card of your library. Put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. (If it's a creature, turn it face up any time for it's
mana cost reduced by {2}.)
