The Most Dangerous Game

Play at the end of your turn.
Place a devastation token on target territory you
own. You may relocate all armies you control
from this territory to a neighboring territory you control.
Turn this devastation token to your color. At the
end of each round, kill one army from all neighboring territories to this territory, that you
do not own. As long as this devastation token is in
play you own this territory.
