At the beginning of your upkeep, add one mana
of any color for each counter on The Mother
Tree. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana
as steps and phases end.
Whenever you play a land, you may instead put
one seed counter on The Mother Tree then Proliferate if you have four or more counters on
The Mother Tree.
