Opponents play with their hands revealed.
For each opponent, you may cast one spell from
their hand or graveyard each turn. You may
spend mana as though it were any color to cast
those spells.
Whenever a card leaves a graveyard, it
perpetually gains "If this card would be put
anywhere except the battlefield, exile it instead."
