The Mythical Super Saiyan

Target Saiyan becomes a super saiyan. (If
target creature isn't a super saiyan, put +X/+X
counters on target creature, where X is the
creatures converted mana cost. That creature
gains first strike and haste, and cannot lose
first strike or haste.)
The saiyan from earth was keen on letting
enemies go to better themselves. Not this time.
