The Necromancer

You win the game if there are no Kings or
Bandits in play.
When you cause a player with a face down role
card to lose the game, you may look at that card.
Reveal The Necromancer: For any number of opponents, place a creature or planeswalker from
that player's graveyard onto the battlefield.
