As long as The Nemesis has four or more
Cybonic counters on it, it's an artifact creature in addition to its other types.
Whenever a creature you control dies, put a
Cybonic counter on The Nemesis. Then draw a
card if it has seven or more Cybonic counters on
it. If it doesn't, scry 1.
