The Nephilim Project

Whenever a nontoken Angel you control dies,
you may exile that card. If you do, return each
other card exiled with The Nephilim Project to
its owner's graveyard.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may create
a token copy of the creature card exiled with The
Nephilim Project. You may pay {3} as this token
enters the battlefield for it to be nonlegendary.
