The Neverending Battle

Whenever The Neverending Battle would be put
into a graveyard or exile from anywhere, instead
put it onto the battlefield under the control of a
random player.
When The Neverending Battle enters the
battlefield, each opponent creates two 1/1 red
Warrior creature tokens with haste and you
create two 2/2 white Soldier creature tokens
with haste and vigilance.
