+2: Sacrifice a creature from your battlefield to the graveyard, then choose a creature, that creature comes back to the battlefield as an undead.
-3: Choose up to five undead creatures, they have now hexprof.
-12: all creatures on every battlefield who are undead, will now instead be put to your battlefield, every undead gets a 5 +1/+1 counters on.
