The Nightmare that Walks
When The Nightmare that Walks enters the battlefield, each opponent
chooses one of each permanent they control, then exile the
rest.
When a turn starts for a player, that player must pay 2 life or
they are not able to cast any spells this turn.
Each player must have three or more cards in their hand at the
beginning of their turn or they draw a card and then lose a turn.
