The Norns of Fate

When the Norns of Fate enters the battle,
put a fate counter on target creature.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, if that
player controls a creature with a fate a counter
on it, that player sacrifices that creature. Then
that creature's controller puts a fate counter on
target creature other than The Norns of Fate.
If a creature with a fate counter dies, return it to
the battlefield under your control.
