The Obstinate

When The Obstinate enters the battlefield exile
the top card of each players library.
You may play up to one card exiled with The Obstinate each turn without paying it's mana
cost.
When The Obstinate dies or is put into exile
from the battlefield, you may put it into its
owner's library third from the top.
