The Oldest Game

Whenever The Oldest Game is cast choose another player. Play a Game of rock, paper, scissors. Whoever wins can select a Permanent
the loser controls. Then the loser can repeat effects of The Oldest Game. (If the same player loses 10 times in a row they lose the game)
