The Omega Mutation

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put an infection counter on The Omega Mutation. Then
that player sacrifices a creature for each infection counter on The Omega Mutation unless they pay
2 life for each infection counter on it.
At the beginning of each end step, if no creatures
are on the battlefield, sacrifice The Omega
Mutation.
