If The One Leyline is in your opening hand,
you may begin the game with it on the
battlefield as if cast with three colors of mana.

Whenever a player taps a land for mana,
they may add X mana of any color to their mana pool. If an opponent uses this ability, they lose
X life and you gain X life. X is equal to the number of charge counters on The One Leyline.
