When The One Pieceee comes into play, you must
say 'can we get much higher' then immediately find a location higher than your previous one.
{t} Add one mana of any colour
At the beginning of your upkeep you draw a card, create a 2/2 pirate creature token with menace and haste and target creature you control gains higher
until end of turn (Creatures with higher can only be blocked by creatures with higher. Creatures with higher
can block creatures with flying.)
