Unveil {x}{2} — Unveil this identity only if another player has four or fewer cards in hand.

When The Oracle is unveiled, shuffle your library, scry X, then reveal the top card of your library. You may play that card without paying its mana cost. (To scry, look at the top X cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom
and the rest on top in any order.)
