The Othergift

This helmet is considered heavy armor and if the wearer is not proficient in heavy armor, they gain
no additional benefits from wearing this helmet as
well as suffer from being flat-footed until they
take it off. While wearing this helmet you gain the following benefits:
+1 Armor Class, +1 Charisma, +1 Fighter class feature, +2 Druid class features
(You do not need to meet the prerequisites to
learn the selected features and they must be of
level 17 or lower).
