+2: Target player draws 2 cards of another target players library and the the player with the chosen library discards 2 card
-3: Discard 2 cards and destroy Target permanent a opponent controls
-10: Give target opponent the Flame Emblem (whenever target opponent takes damage you draw cards equal to the life lost)
